Yo sick of talk started in december of 03 in the ashes of a few bands including provoke the human and some others. All that needs to be said is sick of talk was literally sick of talk and decided to actually do something, we became a band because long island hardcore was not exactly where we liked it, it was being swarmed with the same old chug a chug bullshit with kids with iron pressed hair and kids who cared more about clothes than doing anything remotely productive and pretended that wanting to die was cool.we decided we would try and sing about the things that make us angry in hopes of others being able to relate and enjoying the music that we play along with it, come out to shows sing along, have fun and let out some agression. we sing about what we think sucks and or needs to be changed, there are many bands that will have a very positive message, and we love them all very much but the negative things also need to be pointed out and something needs to be done about them or at least we can establish some form of communication. it may sound like were making this out to be more than what were about, we may sound like pissed of 17 year old kids playing thrash and screaming our heads off but we mean what we say and say what we mean.
