I have recently started on my own faith. Dropping from Christianity, I began Chasism. There is no god. When you die you go to sleep, forever. but you normally wouldn't realise that your dead because it would be just like your dreaming. so the whole point of life is to train yourself for realising the afterlife and thus achieve lucid dreaming in death(see links links). another purpose to life would be to accumulate as much life experience in physical reality as possible, so that when you die your dreams will be that much more like the real world and so you will have more control. *beliefs subject to change and persecution*
