The photographs of Diana,Princess of Wales,can be found throughout the internet,in various books,news media and other memorabilia.
Many photos and images,are from my own personal collection,
such as postcards,memorabilia,etc, or
shared via the internet,through national and international friends.
Where I know the source,it will be cited.
I also enhance and edit photos to reflect a certain theme in my site,
for the purpose of illustrating and educating the viewer,
or to convey my thoughts artistically.
The graphics are protected for this reason.
I take graphic designing seriously,including background images,
and all other catagories of graphics including photos.
I do not sell my graphics,or allow linking to them.
I do not own all the photos used here,but have tried
to give credit where known,and will continue to do so.
My use of some photos and images,falls under the "Fair Use" provision of the Copyright Act.
Many persons have kindly given permission to use their photos or graphics,
and are noted with appreciation or linked back to.
Some have sent written permission,which I retain.
All my images are unique,as much as I can make them
for my site and to reflect my own style.
I work very hard designing my web site,a pleasure and hobby of mine.
I do not profit from this site and am not a dealer or seller in dolls, or associated with any doll manufacturer.
This is not a business site,but a collector and tribute site that I have created,my artistic need for expression and education,to pass the legacy onto others,
keeping the memory of Princess Diana alive.
A small contribution to share my knowledge through visual and written materials.
I do not visit other collector's sites and copy graphics,nor would I want anyone to do so on my own site here.
It is unethical and unfair to those,like myself,who put our hearts into the creation.
