~Diana,Princess of Grandeur~vinyl doll

Franklin Mint's Limited Edition
"Diana,Princess of Grandeur Limited Edition Portrait Doll".
Another limited in the portrait vinyl dolls.
This one wears a copy of the Catherine Walker
dress Diana wore to her dress auction gala,
the original was made with "ice rose" beaded embroidery,
the Mint chose to just embroidery,no beads.

Also included is a rhinestone tennis bracelet,
and large faux diamond earrings with pearl drops.
As with all FM vinyl's thus far,
the cocktail ring or any ring was not included.
She also has the toggle or tilting head feature,nice for posing!
We did get better shoes,a copy of the Jimmy Choo
sling-back pumps and shiney hosiery.

The ad shows the doll with an envelope purse and
not the thicker,more porcelain doll appropriate handbag
she comes with,as seen in the 2 scans below.

I do not recall a photo of Princess Diana wearing
or holding a handbag this evening,the bulky but
elegant purse is a bit too thick for her little vinyl hand!
Another lovely limited doll,edition of 5,000.
So far,this is the last limited
Princess Diana vinyl doll.

Doesn't get grander than this,stunning.
