the USDA Rural Development for said annual reports and must be submitted in a
timely manner before the close of the fiscal year. The Annual Report
consists of actual income and expenses for the fiscal year shown in the
Multiple Family Housing Project Budget originally approved the previous fall.
Creates report forms and graphs for tax purposes utilizing spreadsheet and
Quicken. Maintain three apartment complexes making sure the interior and
exterior of the three properties are properly functioning and well-preserved.
Hires repairs to properties when needed. Collects and deposit funds from coin operated laundry machines.

EXPRESS, 1995 - 1996
Completed a long term, full-time assignment for a temporary agency in Phoenix,
Arizona. Analyzed credit bureau reports to ascertain whether to approve
or decline an applicant for AMEX personal or optima card. Determined
fraudulent applications based on certain criteria. Cancelled
applications when unable to verify applicants' employment or income.
Analyzed past AMEX experience and documented all work on proper computer
screens. Extensive phone and computer work was used. Performed at
or near top of group in all functions as credit analyst with high decision
rates at lowest error rates resulting in being chosen for optima application
training.

Freelanced market research projects for medical and consumer studies in
Metro-Phoenix, Arizona. Recruited physicians for medical studies.
Recruited and interviewed respondents for consumer studies. Prepared

MARKET RESEARCH, 1993 - 1994
Supervised 15 interviewers on several different studies and floor activity in
Apache Junction, Arizona. Opened new projects and briefed interviewers
on project design. Set up quota sheets designating job requirements to
maintain quota control over each project. Formatted and loaded research
disks into computers for interviewers per study. Arranged master contact
record sheets, calculated interview lengths and incidence rates which
indicated company profitability based on bid rates; checked off interviews
against quota sheets and reported daily to each client the progress of their
projects. Backed up and transmitted data files to client.

Disbursed cash or check incentives to participants. Prepared data
collection materials for partial and final shipments of projects. Closed
out finished projects by editing all interviewers' work, correcting errors on

pharmacists extensively for medical research, recording participants' response
verbatim. Edited and corrected all completed interviews prior to
shipping to client. Kept a master tally of all call record sheets per
research project designating the profitability of the company. Organized
weekly work schedules and trained new employees. Integrated WordPerfect
and Microsoft Word for Windows into the infrastructure of the business.
Arranged and negotiated catering and videotaping for focus groups, as well as
hotel accommodations and dining arrangements for visiting clients.

research sessions and provided clients with all materials relating to the
