Quilted Self-Portrait

My first attempt at a photographic quilt, I had this as an assignment in art class, and, after procrastinating as usual, when the night before it was due, I suddenly realized that it really does take time to make such things, and had to stay up till five in the morning sewing it (and sometimes gluing it) together. I do hope I have learned my lesson.... Anyway, it's perhaps 2 1/2' tall, made out of different shades of brown fabric with a black satin binding, and is based on a picture my art teacher had taken of me (it was a morning class, hence the reason why it doesn't really look like me). Despite all other concerns, however I rather like the piece; it's really a very cool effect.
