Supplies you will need: Flexi-Foam Sheet (12" x 18") Round Mirror (6" in diameter) Tacky glue Modge podge Sheet of flowers Ribbon (approx. 12 inches) Fabric Paint (optional) Tools you will need: Dinner plate (12 inches) Scissors Thin marker Sponge paint Brush 
Step 1 Put the dinner plate on the Flexi-Foam and use the thin marker to trace the shape of the plate on the flexi-Foam. Put the plate aside when you're done. 
Step 2 Take the mirror and place it in the center of the circle you just drew. Use the thin marker to trace the shape of the mirror on the Flexi-Foam. Put the mirror aside when you're done. 
Step 3 Cut the Flexi-Foam around the edge of the larger circle. 
Step 4 Draw the flowers you want and color them so you can cut them to paste. 
Step 5 Don't paste them on your face!!! 
Step 6 Put the flowers around the felxi-foam so you have an idea of where you want to put them later. Put them aside. 
Step 7 Use the sponge paint brush to spread the modge podge around the rim of the circle. Stick the flowers on the modge podge. It works like glue. Make sure you press them down hard. 
Step 8 When the Modge podge dries, put more modge podge over the top of all the flowers. Spread it out even. Let it dry. 
Step 9 Take the mirror and cover the back with Tacky glue. 
Step 10 Put it in the center of the flex-foam and push it down hard. Let it dry over night. 
Step 11 Take the scissors and poke a little hole in the top of the flexi-foam. 
Step 12 Stick the ribbon through the hole and tie it together. This is how you hang the mirror on the wall you want. 
Step 13 Hang your mirror on the wall and show it to everybody!!! |
