We bought 1.12 acres of land in Ham Lake at the end of July, 2005. We are building a full 2 story walk-out home that will be 2200 sq ft finished. We plan to finish off the basement later. Our builder is Timberlane Homes. They are a family owned business that started in 1972. We have been working with our builder's daughter, Lisa Blomquist. She also sold our current home.

All the kitchen cabinets and most of the bathroom cabinets are installed and the island is being built right now. The house is painted new. We'll put current photos up as soon as possible! Tis the season for lots of stuff going on and very little time...
