Hunter Memorial is shepperd by the awesome duo, Rev. Harold and Kellie Hayes where the word of God is broken without compromise. There awesome preaching and teachings has taken Hunter and it's members to the next level in Christ. The church-wide goal is to become equipped soldiers for God through PRAYER, PRAISE, WORSHIP and the WORD of GOD.
Our Praise & Worship and Music Ministry is under the capable leadership of John "Bucky" Tillery, a truly anoited man of God. Bro. Tillery is a native of the Washington, DC area and have served as choir director, musician, and ministe of music for several churches in the metropolitan area. His service extends over twenty-five years, as he started directing choirs at the tender age of nine. Bro. Tillery is truly a spiritually powered man of God, who walks in his authority tearing the kingdom of darkness by lifting up the name of Jesus and inviting others to enter into the presence of God with song.
Hunter Memorial's music ministry has a long line of history as the church has stood strong for over 100 years in the Suitland, MD community. The ministry consists of nine choirs, four praise & worship teams and eleven musicians.
