Delivery

All
'hard ' artwork (drawings, things on paper, canvas) will be delivered
via mail.
Photoshop/animated
gifs
Photoshop
files and animated gifs will be delivered via e-mail. I will
send a message with a private URL so that you may print the
image. It'll only be on the space for two weeks.
Hopefully, this will be long enough for you to have gotten it.
Other
options for Photoshop image/animated gif delivery are that I send the
original files on zip disk or CDR. This option has an added
cost.
The
final option is for the image to be printed and sent via mail. |

use the US Postal Service for shipping. Most times, I use the
Priority Mailing option which allows me to have the pieces to you
within 2-4 days.

My
methods for shipping:
*Priority-
Pieces are placed in a page protector and sealed in a Priority flat
rate cardboard
envelope which is stamped do not bend. Pieces that are too large
for the envelope (anything over 9"x12"are shipped within a
box that remains flat and is taped on all sides and then stamped do
not bend.
*First
class- Pieces are placed between a stiff backing and placed in an
envelope marked do not bend. The envelope may or may not have
bubble padding depending on your preference or availability. |

Process:
Once
the commission has been accepted, I will ask for a certain amount as a
nonrefundable retainer and from there I will begin. Once the
piece is finished, I will contact you for the remainder of
payment. For checks I will wait for the money to clear before I
begin on anything.
During
the commission process, I contact you continually with step by step
artwork of your requested piece. |
Rights
|
I
retain the rights to all works created.
I
have the right to display artwork online, sell reproductions, and to
place it in a physical portfolio.
If
the rights have been purchased (via a legal agreement) then I reserve
only the rights to display online or in a portfolio.
