has been successfully
competing internationally
in sport martial arts
since 2001 and |

currently a proud member
of Team Revolution and
Mike Chat’s XMA
Performance Team. |

| In
2005 Heather received her
2nd degree
Junior Black Belt under
Michael Bernardo and also |
| started
cross training in
American Kenpo under
Jamie Seabrook. A
well rounded athlete, |
| Heather
also competes
successfully in
basketball, volleyball
and track and field. |
| |
| Heather
continues to hone both
her traditional and XMA
martial arts skills while
competing |
| nationally
and internationally in
several tournament
circuits. |

| With
aspirations that include
furthering her martial
arts training, playing
basketball for her |
| school
and improving her track
and field performance,
Heather looks forward to
