thats a new way i am trying to color eyes
i new about the arm; it needs to be pushed backsome
the arms are very muscular becouse reber i said this was a comic/manga and in amerca even female charaters have large musels

The whole structure of the face is big time deformed,, the hair needs more shading and highlights, the neck seems chunky and doesn't mesh with the shoulders properly neither does the single arm we can see. The inking isn't fantastic and the folds and shading on her skirt looks all wrong. Also her arm is to much forward, move it back a bit so it attaches at the appropriate spot of her body. Her left eye is to small (yes I know her face is on an angle but it still shouldn't be that small and deformed). If you had added a thumb to her hand it may look more like she's holding the knife.
