Making Your Own Masks

What you need for this tutorial:
1. PSP 7 (This was written using PSP 7, but I'm sure it can be modified for any version.)
2. Any graphic or tube

STEP 1
Open your graphic or tube that you want to use.

STEP 2
Go to Colors > Gray Scale

STEP 3
Now go to Masks > New From Image

STEP 4
Source Window: This window
Create Mask from: Source Luminance
Invert mask data checked

STEP 5
Go back to Masks > Save to disk. Save your mask.

STEP 6
You can now close your origianl image. Check no when asked if you want to save changes made to

That's it! You can dress it up how you want. Hope you enjoyed this tut and I hope you found it easy.
