Toward the Night
by
Stephen Paul Coffey

I can see you walking towards your car
You wonder am I close or far
The thought is killing you
Right before I do
Everyone has fallen into this trap of this man
You think he is as nice as anyone can
But in reality he is waiting for you to slip up
He'll slit your wrists, drink from Satan's cup
Rivers at night are his to command
They keep his victim's from reaching the land
I move for his well being
I can't go anywhere without feeling
Evil that engrosses the night
You think you're safe but I've news for you
You are only feeling what I allow you to
Towards the night I'll be with you
Shish, don't worry, I'll quickly kill you
I can see that you seem afraid
I'll come when you're asleep in bed
Read something nice to take with you to the grave
I come to you when you're alone
Or I'll come when you aren't home
You wish to know what my name is?
Will this end your fear bliss
Nathaniel Raven, or Raven for short
21 21 21 21 21 21 21 lists the sort
You wish to live, I shall not let you
You must die, I must kill you
Believe in that fake God of yours
Who died on the 12th hour of the 12th hour
Now, now, now, tears will not stop the blade
Razor sharp and man made
I've ran you a nice warm bath
I don't wish to get blood on the welcome mat
The chair need to filled
That is why you are being killed.
