| 4:07:02 Eye Monotone: I did this a practice painting, for the sake of painting in general. I wanted to do something that was rough, but was distinguishable. I did the whole thing with acrylics. Using just plain blacks for the basis of the painting. Then splashing some white in, I tried to gradiate the shadows, giving the skin tone whiteness with the shadows being pure black. I don't think the greys are too crude, but give the painting some mellowness. |
