Primavera Style Pasta Bake

Ingredients:
16 oz. uncooked pasta (penne, radiatore, rotelli, fusilli are some good ones to try)
1 large head of broccoli cut into florets
1 large red bell pepper diced
8 oz. frozen or canned french style green beans
1 fresh tomato diced
2 cups Imagine brand cream base (vegan)
1 cup shredded mozzarela cheese or mozzarela style soy cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil and drain pasta. Mix in all vegetables, cream base, and half of the cheese or soy cheese. Pour into a casserole dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly browned (soy cheese may not melt depending on brand). Remove from oven and allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
