Blueberry Crisp Ingredients: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix blueberries with 1/4 sugar and pour into a small baking pan or casserole. In a seperate bowl, mix the brown sugar, margarine, flour and cinnamon until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over the top of the blueberries. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the juices are bubbling and the crust is browned slightly. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving. |
