Covivant has a wide variety of studio spaces for every artist's needs.
All studios include 24 hour access, pre-fabricated walls, doors for safety and privacy, kitchenette with refrigerator, courtyard privileges, and exhibition wall space outside of each artist's studio. Artists are encouraged to exhibit their works during scheduled exhibition times for self-promotion and sales. All studios require a $100 deposit and a six month minimum lease.
