Note:
"As playwright, I've occasionally consulted with police and the coroner's office, I’ve carefully studied the types of thinking that goes into crime solving. Though we see it occasionally as part of a story on TV, actually adding a writer can be a major asset to a crime solving team. The writer uses abstract thinking, incorporating right-brained resources and thinks “out of the box” as part of her/his normal cognitive functioning. This goes outside of most forms of abductive, deductive reasoning. Selectively adding a writer who is a lateral, versatile thinker but has a diverse practical knowledge may be the next great addition to a professional crime solving team. A potential police or coroner's team member who is a writer could be an important addition!" -Bill Breuer, Playwright
