This is what we will be making

For this tutorial you will need the following:
Uleads Art Texture…get it Here
Greg’s Factory Outlet Vol. II…get it Here
Simples Filters Complete set of 10…get them Here

Save all of these under Program Files>Jasc Software Inc>PaintShop Pro>Plugins

1. Open an image of your choice.
2. Image > add borders 6 symmetrical.

3. Select using the magic wand.
4. Effects > Ulead Effects > Art Texture > click edit > pick # 5 gold > pick last square top row > click ok.

5. Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel > Round Preset > Ok > Selections > Select none or Ctrl-D.

6. Image > Add Borders 15 symmetrical - move your cursor over your image and select a color ( I chose a dark color) click ok

7. Select using the magic wand.
8. Effects > Plugins > Greg's Factory Output Vol. II > Pool Shadow > Apply twice.

9. Repeat step 5.
10. Repeat steps 2-5.
11. Image > Add Borders 25.

12. Select using the magic wand.
13. Effects > Plugins > Simple > Center Tile.
14. Repeat step 5 > Selections > Select none or Ctrl-D.
15. Repeat steps 2-5 > Selections > Select none or Ctrl-D. All Done…YAY.
