Hello, my name is RainbowShoyru. My account was unfairly frozen. I worked very hard for almost 9 months to get my three pets strong, healthy,and well know.
And I just adopted a little Meerca.
I had a good shop with good prices and made lots of free images, pages, and banners for people. I did an honest Neopian's work and have a savings of about 80,000 NP which I used often to help those in need. I never used refreshers or any other cheat devices and I was reporting scammers who took advantage of the new players. I was struck with horror when my account was frozen and I might never see it again, or my pets. I had the feeling of someone who had been hacked. The only real reason for this that I can imagine is, I guess, an unwritten rule which I had no knowledge of.
I was in a chatroom and I saw a post, "Lets try to set a record by posting the most responses." So I tried and posted about 100 when I got a nomail from The Neopets Team. I could only read a few words but I got the idea, this was a warning to stop, so I did and the next thing I saw was a log-in page. I logged in and it said my account was frozen. It is possible that ths goes under what they think of as "spam" but it was unclear and I meant no harm. If anything, whoever it was who started the post should be punished, not us. I am very very very sorry. I have emailed the team more than once and asked a lot of people what they think and even strangers think I am right.I would appreciate any support by use of banners and/or signing my peition. Please help me.
