Past Post Collage—

This elegant collage was created by stamp artist Debi Brannon Wilson using many of the stamps from sheet No. 1, including the skeleton keys she drew for the stamp sheet.

The postcard slips out of the sheer envelope and reverses to the Italian handwriting. Debi stamped the Italian music on a mica tile, and formed the column by stamping into polymer clay, baking it in a toaster oven, then adding highlights with gold Rub 'n Buff™.

Lantern Tag Card —

Here's a card I made using a shipping tag and ribbon. I used the direct-to-paper technique to apply four different colors of pigment ink to the tag then stamped it with Kanji text, a Japanese paper lantern, and "The journey is the destination" from sheet No. 9, Asian Elements.

I ran the stamped tag through my Xyron machine to apply adhesive to the back, slipped a length of shimmery ribbon through the hole at the top, then layered the tag onto rust-colored cardstock.

The same ink colors were used for the coordinating envelope, smearing and dabbing the ink pads onto the both sides of the envelope, then stamping three different lanterns across the back flap. Simple design, yet very effective.

Colorbox pigment inks (Parchment, Ochre, Cocoa, and Chestnut) on Chili cardstock (The Paper Cut). Finished card size is 5.5" x 8.5" (14 x 21.7 cm).

More to come...

I just bought a digital camera and am busy snapping pictures of all the wonderful artwork I have in my studio. They should be posted on this page soon!
