Hey guys, hope everyone is doing all right (and wearing their seat belts, 'cause it's a crazy world out there I tell ya, CRRAAZY!!!) Yes, I'm still here, and yes, I've been a dorkenheimer and hadn't check my home email for a few weeks. There is a very good excuse reason for that...I now have a cable modem, and hence my new email addy is arthyyr@home.com. (you can see I don't have the snazzy "X" at the end anymore, despite my ties to the now passe Generation X. ) Don't worry, I still have my old AOL address, though I'll probably check it every few months for letters from people I haven't been able to contact.

I've got some new content up in the Feature section, namely some tasty photos from the Mandarin House restaurant in Knoxville where I met my family for a little late night rendezvous. Unfortunately I didn't have any pictures with Cynthia in them, but maybe someone that also took pictures there (hint hint) could send me some copies...

For all of you that weren't at the Mandarin House parking lot after dinner, Sharon challenged me to Mortal Kombat. I, being the honorable warrior that I was, had to accept. We were an even match, with Shere's speed and grace countered by my wisdom and experience. The battle would have lasted all night were it not for Cynthia's Super Fireball attack followed by a Rising Dragon Punch that knocked us both to the ground.

Dude, I'm serious.

Oh, and make sure to head over to Art's Corner for a little video game blast from the past.

Hey guys :) I've redesigned some of the site navigation, namely the nav bar above. I added a few more categories and signed up for our message board. I'll try to get my sister's graduation stuff up this afternoon. Granted, most of you who are reading this right now (yes, all three of you...including me...sigh....) have these pictures already, but hey, I've got nothing else to feature at the moment ;) Oh, but there is a little sumpin' sumpin' in the Feature section right now. Check it out....

Allrighty kids, Sharon's graduation pictures are up in the Feature section. I put nine of them up, plus a couple of fun shots.

Some of you may be thinking "Hey, where are Joey's graduation pictures?" Well, since I was busy looking all cool and stuff at his grad ceremony, I forgot to bring my camera. So consider this a request (pretty please) for anyone to send me some pictures from that most hallowed event so I can put them up.

Okay, I've added a few pictures to the My Pictures section. They're a bit dated but hey, at least I've got some content up! Oh, and sorry about all the typos. I'm a byproduct of the Information Age and now rely on Microsoft's spellchecker for my grammatical needs, but since I've switched from MS Frontpage to Macromedia Dreamweaver, my precious little automatic spell-checking feature is no more. Curses!

Oh well, maybe I can start acting like all those angry, angst-filled gamers and type my words in "Leet Speak". That w4y 1 can us3 numb3rs 1ns7ead of le77ers wh3n 1 7yp3 and i dont have to use punktuashon or worry about typoss because its all stoopid stuff and takes too much time so ok plz thks bye

Family News:
Graduations Galore--Congrats to my sister Sharon on her 8th grade graduation. She snagged two of the three school scholarships and was the class valedictorian! Yay Sherry!!! Expect some pictures from her graduation up in the Feature section next week. :-)

Congratulations to my cousin Joseph on his high school graduation. He's gonna be a college man now! Paarty!!! Go Joe! (Whoa, I'm having G.I. Joe cartoon flashbacks. Now I'm feeling old.)
