In 2000, Canadian stamp artist James Felter wrote an amazing book: Artistamps.

The 216-page sturdily-bound paperback is well illustrated with hundreds of black-&-white illustrations of stamps produced by many artists worldwide. It is published by AAA Edizioni, of Italy, and is bilingual: the left-hand pages are in Italian, while the right-hand is in English. Editor is Vittore Baroni, and Special Consultant is Anna Banana. The superb layout is from Piermario Ciani. 1st edition: December 2000. ISBN 88-86828-25-X. Price: US$17 + $2 for airmail.
