Anti-McDonalds Campaign - Save the Rainforests of the planet.

175 75¢ Multicolored View stamp

This stamp promotes the Anti-McDeath Campaign, a campaign to educate people to avoid junk food cafés exemplified by the notorious McDonalds Corporation, who it was revealed in a famous court case in England, are guilty of destroying the environment, cutting down valuable rainforests in Brazil, Ethiopia, and elsewhere, to turn the newly cleared land into cattle ranches to make meat for the burgers. Rainforests are vital for supplying oxygen to the planet, and so the McDeath policy is directly threatening all living creatures on the planet. And this is quite apart from the unhealthy and cancer-inducing food they sell. Click here to see more facts about the crimes of McDonalds, and how their unethical advertising targets tiny children who are susceptible to their lies. The stamp design is a photo of street theatre outside a McDeath café in Auckland, where Ronald the Clown has subdued Bessie the cow, and is about to chop her up with a large axe. The photo was taken by the Sultan. The stamps were printed by Banana Productions, Vancouver, Canada, on white paper with invisible gum. The stamps are perf 12.
