What Are My Flexible Options?

• Lease-to-Own: select art and own it with annual payments over a three-year period.
• Lease-to-Change: change artwork periodically to meet changing needs or to create a gallery feeling.
• Purchase: you may purchase artwork outright.

How often can we change our art?

• If you wish to Lease-to-Own, you may make changes in the first ten months of the lease year. If you wish to Lease-to-Change, you may rotate the artwork at any time.

Will we save money if we purchase artwork rather than lease it?

• Yes. You will receive a 20% discount if you purchase rather than lease. Prior to purchasing artwork, please make sure you will not want to make any changes, as you cannot rotate artwork after it is purchased.
