I am deeply concerned with how this coming November will pan out. I did not vote for Bush in 2000, and I have some highly justified reasons why. I've begun watching more Nightline, Charlie Rose and other political offerings on TV to keep track of how the Republican opposition is doing. It has also spurred some thought of my own, how someone like me would fare in a political contest. A minority male, relatively poor (for now), with no political training... There's really no chance, but it's always fun to think about, especially when thoughts turn to a more balanced competition. How soon will America have a President who isn't white, rich, entrenched in questionable dealings, or Republican/Democrat?
