I am constantly imbued with a sense of wonder at nature’s organic forms, textures, colors, and patterns which make up our existence. Nature expresses it’s eternal mysteries leading to spiritual enlightenment and perhaps even salvation through the elementally intrinsic beauty of the world.
My work is more an inquiry into life and existence coalescing with memory and experience, a reality that co-joins the organic and the representational world of the sublime. The representational depiction becomes a symbol which embraces everything expressed by that symbol, the divine manifestation which rises once again and depicts several layers of meaning which belongs only to the viewer. As such, the mysterious becomes more mysterious, a thing of many meanings.
