Each mistake I make is a part of who I am
I have made some poor decisions
and I have some shameful regrets
It always ends in a personal collision.
I have made mistakes and took alot for granted
My heart was shattered and I was disenchanted
Through the process and many tears
You were my toughest critic and my biggest fan.
When I was about to give up
You said keep going, I know you can.
Each time I hit a calamity I need not cry a tear
I put my trust in your heart and my problems dissapear.
You were the one that stood by my side.
The one to remind me it would all work out
You were the one that helped me throw that ball.
You are an angel, beyond doubt.
You held my hand and became my guide
You were the only one I could confide.
You understand me unlike any other
When I didn't know where to turn
and felt I had no other way out
You gave me more lessons to learn
I prayed to the lord at night to give me someone that understood
I knew if I believed enough he simply would.
He sent you down for me to lean on
a teacher, a confidant, a friend
But now almost as quickly as it began
It is coming to an end.
Some people are simply irreplaceable in this world
and you are definetly the irreplaceable girl.
Your voice that once echoed in the theater
Your voice that calmed a child with fear
Your voice that told jokes to hundreds
Your voice is now fading into tears.
I will not stop the pain from overflowing my soul
Its something that will never be under full control.
Spiritual...Dedicated...Passionate...Honarable
Its your voice that really goes out and sings
Its your soul that has guides me through
Your words that gave me wings.
The wings you gave to me
are the reason I am now free.
Your words will forever be with me.
As I lean in to say goodbye
I know in time it will all work out
But for now its ok to just cry.
