Some relive their horrors in their dreams. Some with the worst kind of PTSD Have flash backs and relive their horrors and fears at times when they are awake.Many are soldiers who suffer PTSD from the horror of the now and past wars
Children and adults that have been raped or witnessed any real life horror or was a victim of violence and horrors live with the fears that are a part of PTSD.
Survivers and witnesses to September 911 have PTSD and they don't know they have that mentle disorder.
Many in the world have it. The feelings sometimes of the words written as writing not poem that I didn't write. I lived with some of those feelings and dreams of horror from childhood to adult.
I hid my horrors within me because I didn't want my family to know of my suffering.
If I knew to seek help by knowing that there is a life and a way to lesson the nightmares and suffering. I wouldn't have had to suffer with so many fears.
I raised my children alone. And yet until they were adults they didn't know of my disability.
I can do many things now and go places of which I thought many years ago that I would not be able to do with out fear.Through Psychiologist and psychiatrist I learned many things of how to control my disability.
So that I now live 75 % disability free. Some can be 100 % cured. My disability is now only visable to me. But my children now know but are glad that I survived all the horrors of my life to be able to give birth to them.
From the miracles that God gave to me. For my beautiful children and grandchildren and special niece and nephews that their being in my life has made me happy.
You can find some of happiness to. If you suffer from the feelings above that are written. And you have the courage to see doctors as I did. You will be able to do things with out fear or nightmares.
And be able to smile , laugh and dance and feel more alive then you ever thought that you could feel. I give you this page to view.
