The processes by which the human organism extracts, absorbs, and integrates a multiform of energy sources from the surrounding environment to produce and generate thoughts, sensations and emotions are the mainstay of human consciousness development and is the determinative factor in the progression of the human societal microcosm. Furthermore, the construction and implication of non-organic technologies by the human organism has proceeded to toxify, abuse, and eradicate critical ecological systems that balance and harmonize the biological energy sources upon which consciousness is dependent. Thus, a paradox is created in that in the processes of sustaining the internal energy cycle, the external environment, through pollution and degradation, loses its ability to support and sustain organic technologies.
The external ecosystem, which provides a refuge for biological life, also provides other benefits that humans take for granted. The biologically meditated recycling of nutrients, purifying of water, flood control, breakdown of pollutants, protection of soil, fixation of solar energy, and other so-called ecosystem services that sustain life.
All biological life is dependent upon and integrated into these ecological energy cycles and cleansing systems. Each individual specie fulfills a role in maintaining these systems. The energy cycles and processes are as an effect constructed of organic technology.
Aldo Leopold, a widely respected conservation philosopher sums this up as: “If the biota, in the course of aeons has built something we like but do not understand, then who but a fool would discard seemingly useless parts? To keep every cog and wheel is the first precaution of intelligent tinkering.”
Thus, all of the organic microcosm, represented by the biological diversity found within the energy field amassed by this singular planet, itself a cyclic energy system, is interdependent and interrelated to one another. Accepting that the biological processes, acting independent of each other yet interrelated and coexistent, form an organic-technological system in which all matter and energy exist, one can then contrive that the physical states, mental states, emotional states, and thus spiritual states of the human organism are interconnected to each other and to the organic microcosm of the external environment.
An example of organic-technological energy system can be taken from the principles of the holistic energy system of Reiki Ryoho. Dr. Mikao Usui founded Reiki Ryoho on five principles that when applied and implemented will regenerate and sustain the physical body, bring peace of mind, and create well being in the manifestation of and individuals life.
The secret method of inviting blessings, the spiritual medicine of many illnesses, for today only, do not anger, do not worry.
Do your work with appreciation.
Be kind to all beings.
In the morning and in the evening hold your hands in prayer, meditate on and chant these words.
The Usui Reiki method to change your mind and body for the better.
The human organism then, is more than the physical state of embodiment. The human body and its internal tissues made of matter, and thus energy, can best be described of as a vessel within which the organic biofield absorbs and processes the vast sea of energy surrounding it. The biofield or aura is the energy field surrounding the body, which creates the concrete world in which humans live.
Our thoughts, emotions, our past, the very essence of who we are resides in this field, or more accurately on these fields, for there is more than one. Just as the physical body has different layers that perform different functions so has the biofield.
This biofield, or aura, sustains the existing state of the human body. It is from this energy field that the universal lifeforce energy, or Chi, filters through the layers of the energy system and into the physical body. This source of energy plays a critical role in the regeneration and maintenance of the physical body. Disruptions in the flow of life force energy through the filtering process leads to illness and in extreme cases, death.
However, just as the physical level of existence is affected by this filtering energy, the system itself is in direct relation to the physical state. The cause of disease and illness can stem from emotional and mental repression, stress levels, as well as personal feelings and thoughts. Anything that over a period of time leads to a negative action can create disease and illness. The environmental stress of electro-magnetic fields such as microwaves, x-rays, radio waves, etc. which directly affect the biofield can also be a factor in the development of abnormalities within the physical body.
How Reiki relieves this is by focusing or flooding the biomass, which functions as a chemical composition of universal energy, with spiritually guided lifeforce energy. This universal lifeforce treats all levels of the human organism.
In treating the body as a whole, you are not only able to “heal” or release the initial cause, but also the thought patterns that may have been created by the incident and have aided in perpetuating further instances, the emotion or emotions associated with the cause that have been empowering the thought patterns, and the physical symptom that we are able to perceive.
Thus, all levels of human existence from the biological organic technology of the external environment to the internal universal lifeforce biofield are interconnected, interrelated, and interdependent. In this light, one may conclude that in the formation, development, and structuring of complex environments, such as those associated with human habitation and community planning, the utilization of renewable energy technologies that are fully functional and developed is a critical step in furthering the advancement and evolution of the human organism.
The development of renewable energy resource technologies faces many barriers in progressing into a competitive marketable industry. Government funding and subsidiary programs target nonrenewable extraction industries to provide an incentive for continual expansion into extractable energy reserves. Also, problems involving infrastructure development, such as the construction of energy storage facilities and the rerouting of transmissions systems, hampers the progression and utilization of competitive renewable energy industries. However, despite government policy and industrial infrastructure allocation, the largest block in the research and construction of the renewable energy resource industry has been from political support of established nonrenewable industries who face competition in the sale and marketing of energy resources. Without the aid of newer technology and the abundance of renewable energy sources, the fossil fuel and nuclear industries, being both underproductive and environmentally pollutant, cannot compete without government intervention and subsidization.
The consequences of the continual expansion of nonrenewable toxic and environmentally unfriendly resources are severe. As a biological process, the human organism depends upon the localization of climatic cycles for the sustenance and production of food. Should rainfall patterns across the globe change, previously dry areas would become flooded, and wet lands would recede into desert. Ocean currents and temperatures would change, affecting the basic ecological character of our oceans and consequentially, worldwide climates. Thus, fisheries, food production, and agriculture would all be seriously disrupted and plant and animal populations would find themselves in climatic conditions and environments to which they cannot adapt, causing the extinction of species to accelerate dramatically.
In conclusion, the human organism, existing within a biofield of amassed organic-based energy which is spiritual in nature, functions as an organic technological instrument in the evolution and progression of its own societal context. These societal contexts likewise, serve as the mean within which the human organism can cyclically evolve and progress. In this manner, the system of biological life and inorganic technologies is interrelated, interdependent, and function as offshoots of one another. As each affects the other, and both being controlled by the actions, behavior, and choices made by the social context, which serves as a grouping of consciousness, then it stand to reason that the development, allocation, and utilization of renewable resources exists as a means within which inorganic technology and biological organic energy systems can maintain a harmonized relationship within a state of equilibrium.
