Welcome to my web page.

Two years ago I was introduced to the artistic versatility of gourds and antlers. Since then I have enjoyed using the natural beauty of nature to create unique works of art.

The creative process:
Once grown, a gourd takes 3 to 6 months to dry and cure. After the gourd is cured, the outer surface is carefully cleaned to reveal it's own natural beauty. Then the gourd is decorated using various mediums ranging from pyrography (woodburning), leather dies, to oil pastels.
