April 2, 2001- I think that as a whole we all need to partake in the Italian custom of siesta. It involves doing something relaxing such as reading or watching a home renovation show on PBS and then falling alsleep in a chair in the afternoon. I think if everyone was a master of siesta we would all be much more peaceful.

April 1, 2001- Yet another productive day.  I missed church thanks to the amassment of homework that has piled up on me. I managed to get a very good start on it today though.  I found a really cool web site that helps me with my programming called VB World. The support community is awesome there.  Anyhow back to the more important things in life.  I went out to eat with Katie at La Hacienda, I think is what it was called.  I had some yummy "pello" (chicken) enchiladas.  Katie also rented Meet the Parents and that movie with the three hot girls, I forgot what it is called.  My server extensions have been acting a little wierd lately not letting me update my page, but everything should be okay for now.  Well, its off to another week so as always make the best of it!

March 28, 2001- Yet another cold day.  I just finished my golf class at Golfland, we focused on putting.  I got to visit with Maria and some other girls that I have the class with.. Maria has added a putter to her golf set since last week.  There is a new link that you guys need to check out its called Miscellaneous Crap, be sure to check out the Wads as well.   It has some hilarious stuff.  Its a guy I work with.  He resembles Conan O'Brian perfectly. Today I am planning on getting my little Science and Inquiry research paper started. I have decided that I am going to do it on sleep and how nobody is getting any anymore.  Tonight is our weekly Senate meeting. Most likely going to be pretty short but should be interesting nevertheless.

March 21, 2001- Jordan and I have taken on yet another extra-curricular activity.  We are now the Central High School varsity tennis coaches.  Yesterday we had our first practice and it went fairly smoothly.  We have some talent on the team which should make us be able to be in a fairly good position.  Today we play Kickapoo which should be an interesting experience but all in all should be fun. UPDATE: Just got home from the Kickapoo match, we pulled out a win we are really proud of our guys.  I feel a real sense of achievement. Way to go BULLDOGS!!

March 19, 2001- Well, off to another school week! I was informed today that we have six weeks left aside from finals week of school left.  It seems like we started just last week.  This weekend went by fairly fast, worked both days and I don't have to go back until next Saturday, so I am happy bout' that.  Last night my dad came up and took me out to eat at Steak and Ale, I had lobster tail for the first time.  It gave me some unexpected energy for the evening.   Today I am quite busy trying to get back into the gist of school again.  I watched another awesome movie this past weekend that I would recommend to anybody who has had an aspiration to be a rock star at some time in their life.  Almost Famous  Jordan went to the Van Gogh exhibit in St. Louis and wants to go back so I think we will try to fit that in sometime with Lark.

March 17, 2001-  Spring break has been going on this entire week, I have had an awesome time.  Since this is my first entry into the log I will tell you what I did this week.  On Monday I stayed @ home and worked on some home work and played on my guitar.  Tuesday,  I went to Silo Ridge to play some golf.  I felt like I owned the place since there were hardly any other golfers out.  It was pretty relaxing. I had my regular order of chicken strips and  lemonade for a snack between the front and back nine. On Wednesday, I went to St. Louis with Katie and her mom.  We had an awesome time shopping at Union Station and the Galleria. I had the chance to stop by my favorite clothing store and get a nifty shirt. We also went to see the new Julia Roberts and Brad Pitt flick The Mexican, it was extremely good.   We had the chance to stop by a great seafood restaurant by Union Station called Landry's.  Our waiter seemed more interested in the Venus Williams game  at the bar, but managed to give me four glasses of pink lemonade before it was all said and done. Last night Jeremy and I watched Almost Famous and studied some calculus.  I was impressed by that movie as well.  All in all my vacation turned out to be very much enjoyed.
