I was recently introduced to the world of gel candles at a craft show in Kimmswick, Missouri. I've always wanted to make candles, but after seeing these fabulous gel candles, I HAD to make them. I was shocked at the booths of gel candle makers that gave me advice on how to start making them. Kewl Candle Factory gave me my start and I've been hooked since. I will be adding a link page. Gel Candles are the newest and one of the hottest selling candles on the market. They are unique in many ways. They can be custom made the way you want a candle made. They can be scented and colored the way wax candles can be done. But my favorite reason is how beautiful they are when lit. The light reflects from the clear gel and the bubbles in the gel. Also....gel burns an average of 4 to 5 times longer than paraffin wax candles. Where can you go wrong with a gel candle?
