Code of Conduct

1. Have fun! This is a game we play for entertainment, lets not lose sight of that.

2. All Clans are made up of real people that have feelings, so be considerate, not
disrespectful, of your fellow Clan members, as well as members of other Clans.
You may use taunts, but auto taunts, or custom taunts, are not allowed. Any conduct
deemed to be disrespectful ( i.e. cursing, flaming, or whining ) will be considered a
violation of the Code of Conduct.

3. All members are welcome to recruit new members. Acceptance will require they be
over 18years of age, and a tryout. The recruit must be able to compete on an acceptable
level with the current member involved in the tryout. The tryout will be observed by at
least one of the Clan Leaders. The Clan has a cap of 12 members, and all tryouts will be
suspended once this is achieved.

4. Any member of the Clan, can in the case of a grievance, petition the Leaders of the
Clan for the expulsion, or suspension of any current member ( except the Clan Leaders ).
The issue must be presented to the Clan Leaders with any arguements, or evidence to
support the petition included. All members will be allowed to provide input on the petition.

5. All decisions will be made by the Clan Leaders. All decisions are final. This includes,
but is not limited to the arranging / handling of match specifics, or issues. Issues can be
presented for discussion by members, in the Clan's private Forums / IRC channel only.
Every member is invited to give input, however the final decision will be made by the
Clan Leaders. The members will then be notified when a decision has been reached.
Please be patient in waiting for decisions!

6. All members must be present for all scheduled meetings, practices, scrimmages,
matches, or special events. Absences are acceptable, when reasonable advance notice
is provided. All members must have Roger Wilco downloaded, installed, and working
properly in order to participate in meetings, practices, scrimmages, matches, or special
events. All members must wear the Clan tags ( i.e. {DBD} ) when in the IRC chat.

7. Admittance, and continued membership in this Clan, requires acceptance of the
Code of Conduct. Any member determined to be in violation of the Code of Conduct
will be suspended for a minimum of two weeks. The member will not be allowed to
participate in any Clan activities for the period of the suspension. Any member suspended
more than twice will be put up for dismissal. Certain acts, such as cheating (i.e. Aimbots)
will be grounds for immediate dismissal. Other acts ( i.e. dual clanning ) as determined by
the Clan Leaders, may also be grounds for immediate dismissal. If you can not accept the
Code of Conduct, you are free to leave the Clan. Any member may leave the Clan at his,
or her own request, by posting a letter of resignation in the Clans private forums, or
emailing a Clan Leader.

8. The code of conduct is subject to change at any time.
