Tasks include coordination with the research and development department in assisting transfer of drugs into desired dosed packages, maintain, assemble and operate and troubleshoot the Klockner automated filling machine, and Secondary Package of developmental drugs for Clinical Phase III trials.
Assist with the Powder Processing department in the development of solution and spray dried powdered drugs using the Niro Spray Dryer.
Collected UF and DI/RO water samples throughout manufacturing cleanroom utility stations for microbial and chemical analysis.

Worked as a process operator and quality inspectionist in a growing research and development pharmaceutical company specializing in the production of transdermal delivery drug systems for hormone disorders. Operated on Klockner CP-2, Klockner CP-11 automated speed machine, and Mark Andy S-cut machine per SOPs for mass production of therapeutic systems in a cGMP environment.
