Chocoist Revival Experienced in Biblical Proportions
A crowd of over 1900 people compare event to Mt. Sinai
Hundreds of Chocoists gathered for the Chocoist Revival, hosted by the 6th Annual Beauty Benefit for the Arts, on April Fools weekend. A procession of Priestesses and Apostles of the Chocoists carried in Choc Latai Tzvi on a canvas stretcher, and lay him down on the large prayer tarp. Choco introduced a new element to the Chocolo-Spiritual Exercise on this night: At the time of Simultaneous Chocolitization each person, with a chocolate kiss melting in his/her mouth, looked into the eyes of four different people and said "Mmmmm!" Eight pounds of chocolate syrup rained down on the Gooey Guru before he lay down, fast first on his canvas stretcher. Another procession carried him away, then returned seconds later with the Chocolate impression on canvas. Chocoists could be heard remarking that "Choco made a good impression."
