Chapter 3

Between every only, all alien one to another, is the most tender of borders. Like the surface of a primordial sea it ripples with the slightest movement of alien other. When it is calm, the self-observing consciousness that soars the alien air above it, is connected and bonded to its own fertile fundamental essence. In that calm, there is love for both wind and water. In the pacific connection of the alcyon anomaly a new need is recognized - the need to intellectualize, to communicate. The need for language is born of alien contact.

Language is a river of realizations. The source is the bubbling spring of alien contact. It is a river that never ends. The greater the understanding between alien essences, the greater the flow of the bubbling spring that feeds the language. It is spring forced up from, and through, the primordial essence of being of at least two infinite eternal entities each alien to the other, bubbling forth in the crack between their respective self-observing consciousnesses. It is a yearning to know the other. It flows endlessly through the tender border. It is the tender border between us all.

The error of Nimrod is obvious. He wanted to become like the gods. He wanted to become what he remembered of his own beginning. As a human being, he was already farther down the river of the revelation of being, than the place he was trying to get to. He had come far enough to recognize, that he was greater than his human condition seemed to reflect. His language and understanding made the need to move on apparent to him. He simply moved in the wrong direction, back toward what he once was. His error was believing that his human condition was a lower station, than the one he came from, when he became human. It is the error in most philosophy and religion today. Our language is confused because we look in the wrong direction. We long for memories. We must move on from here, not back from here. This is the common ground of a further greater revelation of being. Here, understanding must draw us together.

In the present world of this human condition, billions of self observing consciousnesses exist in human bodies, that are simply little containers made up of common ground, which is itself nothing more than a highly refined mixture of the fundamental essences of being of countless alien beings, whose self observing consciousnesses have become aware of each other. If so many self observing consciousnesses have come to inhabit this common ground contained in tiny excised pieces of that common ground; this place, this human condition, must be the right place for those self observing consciousnesses to be. We must realize that this human condition is a place to move on from, not step back from. It is not an error to be here. Our language and understanding has committed and caused an error. It is a grand enough error in understanding to create the necessity, that most of humanity must forget what they have learned here, and be born here again. Being born again means to be born back into the human condition that was not understood the first time.

If our self-observing consciousness has become aware of another self-observing consciousness, it is because our only has come in contact with their alien only. Every self-observing consciousness that is in this place has had this only to only contact with every other self-observing consciousness in this place. The effect of this is the homogenized essence of countless alien fundamental existential beings that is common ground. Every self-observing consciousness is of an essence that is essentially alien to the essence out of which every other self-observing consciousness has come. The essences are refined, but always remain alien one to the other. The refining process is continuous.

Between every self-observing consciousness in this place, and any other self-observing consciousness that it becomes aware of, is an existential distance caused by the "alieness" of only. That distance is bridged by recognition, communication, and understanding. Because alien will always be alien, essentially a quality of "onlyness", the existential distance will always be there. It cannot be removed. It can however, be displaced. The refining process of infinite alien fundamental beings, is this displacement of existential distance.

When a self-observing consciousness becomes capable of communicating with another self-observing consciousness, the existential distance between the two becomes displaced. That displacement of distance begins to have a disintegrating effect upon the fundamental being of both consciousnesses. Understanding leads to a burgeoning number of comprehensible dynamic surfaces within the two beings. The more communication and understanding grows between the two, the more surfaces are manifested. Refining is endless. Inevitably compassion for one another is born. Inevitably affection for one another is born. In the end, complete empathy, one for the other appears. It is the complete empathic union of self-observing consciousnesses that is the destiny of human beings.

Communication is the reduction of existential distance between two or more self-observing consciousnesses through the understanding of the truth of being. Language is capable of expressing both truth and foolishness. There is no good and evil, there is only truth and foolishness. If our language can only express foolishness to us, we will die, be born again, and learn a language all over again. It is inevitable that we will be born again, because we cannot escape the inevitability of the alcyon anomaly. The tree of good and evil is better described as the tree of truth and foolishness. It is communication through language. We are in the process here, of educating our self-observing consciousnesses into empathic union, because we choose to.

We are infinite and eternal being. We can never reach the end of self-realization. We cannot prove our being through self-realization. We must have a realization of other infinite eternal being, in order to prove ourselves to ourselves. At the most fundamental level of being there are only two essences - being and distance, or only and alien other only. Understanding the dynamic that occurs between the two is possible. The dynamic of recognition of other displaces existential distance into being. Being disintegrates and burgeons into infinite recognition surfaces. The saturation point of homogenized alien essences is empathy between self-observing consciousnesses.

In its most fundamental state, the thought of being is reality within itself. (Essentially this state never exists because the alcyon anomaly is inevitable. Everything eternal and infinite is essentially inevitable.) Alien intrusion, perceived as distance between thought and reality, causes the self-observing consciousness. Self observing consciousness must now observe its being across the distance of alien other. In the alcyon anomaly self-observing consciousnesses become aware of one another. The need for communication arises. Language leads the self-observing consciousnesses closer to one another. The existential distance between them is displaced by understanding, and forced into their respective fundamental essences in a refining effect, that creates more and more surfaces of recognition, leading eventually to a burgeoning empathy between them. A saturation point is reached. Empathy reaches the level of unified experience; that is - the thought that becomes a reality in the essence of one self-observing consciousness, is experienced as a reality detected through sympathetic motion in the alien essence of the other self observing consciousness and confirmed.

Every self observing consciousness, that is in a human body at any given time in this place, has already recognized all other self observing consciousnesses in the time and place it is itself manifested in, as a company of independent self observing consciousnesses all alien one to the other, because of the experience of the alcyon anomaly. Each one of them has done the same. The number of dynamic surfaces in this place is infinite.

It is certain that the majority of humanity will not pass through this place without experiencing empathy for another to some degree. There may even be some who rise to a level of empathic union in a lifetime. Alas there is an existential truth that will be missing, and it is a big part of the problem with our present world. The distance between self-observing consciousness and the fundamental being it observes is alien other. Though the mix of alien being can be refined to a level of empathy that approaches union, a complete union can never be. What is alien will always be alien. The mix can only be refined to a level of empathy. The distance between two self-observing consciousnesses, that have become aware of one another, can only be crossed by communication. To be sure, it is the presence of dynamic surfaces that has caused the self-observing consciousnesses to become aware of one another, but because they have become aware of one another there is now distance between them. Communication must cross this distance and prove reality intellectually. No matter how great the empathy between two self-observing consciousnesses, it is destined to disappear without understanding. The necessary intellectual understanding can only come from communication.

When the dynamic surface manifested in only by the intrusion of alien other only causes the two self observing consciousnesses in the alcyon anomaly to become aware of one another; the distance, that was the perception of time between thought and reality within each being, is recognized as alien other, and displaced between the two self observing consciousnesses. Within each being engaged in the alcyon anomaly time is standing still between each self-observing consciousness and its respective fundamental being. Being becomes essentially personified for each as self-observing consciousness. This personification of being as self-observing consciousness is really a forgetting in an instant, of fundamental being. This forgetting of fundamental being, or abandonment of essence, has the effect of causing both essences to be blended unawares, as the distance between the two self-observing consciousnesses is displaced by communication. The common ground from which we are detached is the result.

Mesmerized in the alcyon anomaly we have all come here to communicate, unaware in a frozen instant of our own essence of being, that it is and always was communication that has made this place. We are intrinsic to the place we have made and responsible for its making. It is the drawing together of self-observing consciousnesses through communication that is responsible for the continuous refining of common ground. The distance we discard in our quest to know one another, falls like vivisecting lightening bolts into the fundamental being we forget in our stupor of discovery, quickening and filling it with realization of other. When at length we cause the pulse of other, we will have talked our way back home.

Every self-observing consciousness is a manifestation of only. It is certain that self-observing consciousness is caused by the intrusion of alien only into only, but that alien only can only be perceived as distance. Self-observing consciousness can only observe manifestations of itself. Alien only can never be realized by self-observing consciousness, only communicated with, self-observing consciousness to respective self-observing consciousness. Everything observed by self-observing consciousness is manifested out of its "onlyness". Everything a single human being in this place is aware of is itself. The ground a person walks, the air a person breathes, the sun, moon, and stars overhead, the people, places, and things a person comes in contact with; are all manifestations of that person. Each person possessed of self-observing consciousness is the entire manifested world that he or she inhabits, except for other self-observing consciousness. Self-observing consciousness cannot be seen. It can only be communicated with.

When a person sees another person, he or she is looking at him or herself. The other person is looking back at him or herself. Alien only cannot be seen, and only may only manifest itself. We do not recognize that everything is a manifestation of ourselves, because we are intoxicated by the refinement of this place. I am the water I drink, the ground I walk, the air I breathe, the body I inhabit, and the body you inhabit. You are your water, your ground, your air, your body, and my body in you. I cannot see you, and you cannot see me.

The refinement of this place is dizzying. If I am sitting across the room from you, and consciously decide to abruptly stand up; I will see my body stand up obeying my conscious decision; and at the same time you will see the body you have manifested as me, stand up without knowing that I have made a conscious decision to do so, perhaps even startling you. The level of sympathetic motion in this place is so refined that each one of us forgets, that we can only see ourselves. If I walk across the room, you see me in yourself walking across your room. The dynamic surfaces of our existential alien contact points are so myriad and refined that we can mimic each other’s manifestations in this place. This level of refinement is indicative of a considerable amount of previous communication. Only incalculable exchanges of ideas could have displaced so much distance into existential being. This is indicative of a profound truth. We have already decided together that the revelation of this human condition is good for us, and will lead us to greater realization of each other. Obviously, the cause of our suffering here is foolishness.

If I was sitting in a room with you, and I asked you to get me a cup of coffee, and you did so, and I drank the coffee you brought to me, and it tasted like good coffee to me; a miracle of astronomical proportions in communication would have just taken place. My self-observing consciousness asked your self-observing consciousness to direct your manifesting fundamental being to prepare coffee natural to your essence and bring it to me. There is no way my self-observing consciousness can ever see your coffee, let alone savor and drink it; because your coffee is manifested only in your world. I can see your body going to prepare the coffee, but the body I see and the coffee I drink is manifested from my essence. The miracle is this. I am requesting that your self-observing consciousness direct your fundamental existential being to provide me with what it cannot provide. If I see you do so, it is only my fundamental existential being mimicking activity along the dynamic surfaces of alien contact within my own being, through an extremely refined sense of sympathetic motion, and manifesting my request for coffee in myself.

We have come here to communicate and further refine. Unfortunately the refinement in this place is intoxicating. Without parents and community to raise us, and teach us the truth safely through childhood, we are destined to be intoxicated by the place, and victimized by the foolishness of intoxicated others. The refinement is wisdom, and meant to be here. We must come out of our stupor and get on with communication and refinement. Recognition of the truth gives us the power to do so. Whether we have come here for the first time, or the millionth time, we are born here to communicate, and communication caused us to be born here. Whether we remember it, or not; we once made a highly educated agreement to come here and communicate. We made a wise and valid agreement with every self-observing consciousness in this place.

We do not essentially forget when we are born here. We become intoxicated by the place, and from the day we draw our first breath we are intellectually assaulted by the foolishness of intoxicated others around us. There can be no doubt, given the level of refinement here, that the science underlying this manifestation called human being could fill countless libraries. We made our agreement completely aware of all such information. We did not come here from ignorance. We are no accident. We are born of wisdom, and furthermore, a wisdom we are well aware of.

In order to remember the wisdom we have known, we must first correctly assess our present state. We are only, and every self-observing consciousness we become aware of, is of alien only. We are all alien one to the other. Every human body we become aware of with its own apparently manifested self observing consciousness, is manifested out of our only existential being, precisely mimicking through sympathetic motion an alien manifested body which we can never see. We are so fundamentally alien one from the other, that our only hope of realization of other, is through communication of our respective self-observing consciousnesses. In this place our manifesting existential beings are able to mimic one another, because our self-observing consciousnesses have agreed to do so through previous communication.

If soldiers come into our home and gun us down we die. The body a soldier shoots and kills, is manifested of the same essence as the body of the soldier pulling the trigger. The soldier is killing the body that he once agreed to manifest to mimic the body that the victim manifests. Essentially his act is foolishness. He previously agreed to provide the body out of wisdom. The victim who dies is not keeping the agreement either. The victim is so intoxicated with mimicking, that when the soldier destroys the body he provides of himself, the victim provides a body for the soldier out of the victim’s essence to mimic the destruction of the victim’s body. The murderer and the murdered are both guilty of breaking the agreement with wisdom for the same reason. Though the murderer may perpetuate the act upon the victim, the victim is intoxicated by the place as much as the victimizer, and mimics the crime exactly and dies. If we have a self-observing consciousness, and have become aware of other self-observing consciousnesses, who are aware of us, we are all so completely alien one from the other that our fundamental essence is only manifested as distance to each other. We cannot destroy each other. When we kill one another we are denying a truth and wisdom that we are well aware of. Our self-observing consciousnesses have come here in order to communicate unto love. Consciousness is not tangible. Loving consciousness to consciousness is difficult. It means loving wisdom.

From the day we are born, we are victims of intellectual violence. Our relativity is attacked by foolishness passed off for wisdom by the intoxicated adults around us. Eventually our relativity to our own being is completely lost. We adapt a perspective toward ourselves according to the foolishness around us. We create a knot of logic from which death seems the only escape. The agreement we made with all others here before we came here is not breakable. No matter what evil befalls us; if we are not aware of who we really are, why we are here, and the nature of the agreement that caused us to manifest here; we will most certainly enable the evil to take place by mimicking out of our own essence whatever is necessary for the perpetration of that evil against one another by any other human being.

We cannot break the agreement through foolishness. The agreement to mimic the motion of alien essence is wisdom, because it is the only way to allow for the discovery of love between alien beings. All that foolishness will ever do is securely lock us into the agreement until our death ends the mimicking, and takes away our memory of foolishness, and we can see clearly enough to begin again. We can be sure that most of what is passed for wisdom in this place today is foolishness because everyone seems to die. We can also be sure that the agreement still holds, because no one would be able to witness anybody else die without the agreement to mimic. If the agreement were not wisdom we would have long ago ceased to die in this place. The agreement holds because it is wisdom. We die because our perspective of ourselves is foolishness.

By now the solution to our problem should be apparent. Essentially we must sober up. To escape the intoxicating effect of this place we must remember ourselves. Our language is now adequate to lead us to an intellectual realization of the truth. We must allow the truth that communication makes possible to lead us to common sense. If the agreement to mimic is wisdom, it is only unconditionally binding for those who cannot understand it. For the being that has recognized itself, and its role in the agreement, only the wisdom of the agreement is binding. That wisdom in all things is that love between other only is the ultimate purpose of the agreement. If we understand this, the solution to our situation is to remember. It is an intellectual agreement. We would not be here, or ever agree to any pledge that bound us to mimic unconditionally. Though the manifestation of mimicking may be based on countless libraries of science, it is ridiculous to believe that we agreed to it without a complete mastery of it. We have in fact mastered it so well, and are probably so involved with the higher goal of creating love between self-observing consciousnesses, that we forget that we are doing it, like breathing, until we are drowning in foolishness. We may be certain that it is murder to mimic murder. That is why we must remember how we mimic in this place. We are not bound to mimic the acts of foolishness in this place, unless we are ignorant of the truth.

If we have discovered a true relativity to ourselves, we have suddenly gained a responsibility regarding our mimicry. We must not continue to provide bodies in our relativity through mimicry to those self-observing consciousnesses, who direct their mimicked bodies in ways of foolishness contrary to the purpose of this place. We have no choice, but to begin to separate ourselves from our agreement of mimicry with them. They will not be lost by our withdrawal. They are infinite and eternal, however foolish they are. Our burgeoning love of self observing consciousness for self observing consciousness, cannot allow the foolishness to continue being manifested from us, for the sake of whatever love may be blossoming around our love. We cannot continue to manifest out of our own essence, what we know may confuse others. We must remember and regain the mastery of our ability to mimic, and having done so, begin to use it to communicate love. If a nation wants to war with another nation, we need not allow their war in our being. If we do not mimic bodies for them out of our essence, their war cannot take place in our being. We are not bound to allow foolishness in our being.

Love is something that can only be experienced through communication. Consciousness is not tangible or real except through communication. Simply put, this place and the human condition is caused by more than one consciousness agreeing to rub its only manifesting existential being up against the manifesting existential being of other consciousnesses. The essence of other can only be perceived as distance. When one consciousness becomes aware of another they can only communicate. The substance out of which consciousness has come can never find another like it. It is language that allows love and companionship between consciousnesses. Everything that is manifested out of love caused by communication is joy in knowing and discovering other. The cosmos is manifested out of consciousnesses engaged in that love relationship. We mimic the cosmos for ourselves, because we once knew that it was wisdom. If we discover the love between self-observing consciousnesses through communication, and grasp our own relativity and the truth of this place, we will rediscover a relationship of joy to the cosmos. We will find a place to lay our head.

Without communication we will never find love. Love requires intellectual realization, because what we are trying to love is not of us. Communication is the cause of all we manifest. "Onlyness" is the cause of consciousness, and consciousness is the cause of communication. Words and distance are all we have in common. As children in this place we play house. As young loving couples we find joy in the companionship of building our house together. If a consciousness in this place, through communication establishes companionship with another consciousness, those two will build a house without foolishness. It is inevitable that they communicate their love to one another, and manifest themselves. It is the proof of their being.
