ben hardy was born in san francisco in the spring of 1979 to glenn, a musician, and maggie, a writer. he grew up in mystic, connecticut, and has lived in montreal since 1997, where he studies political science at mcgill university. in addition to photography, his interests include music, film, and the boston red sox.
