I'm excited to announce big news regarding this web site which has been here since 2001! I'm afraid I've severely neglected it recently. Here are the details:
- It has a new name: Bellydance Plus!
- It has a new home at www.bellydanceplus.com
- The hideous ads are gone forever!
- I gave it a COMPLETE makeover. It has a new, much more attractive (at least, in my opinion) look and feel.
- I added a new photo gallery - me.
- I overhauled the links page. It's now called "Resources". I cleaned up the broken links, and added new ones.
- For some of the photos in the photo galleries, I added the option to click on them to see a larger copy of the photo, allowing you to study the costume detail more closely.
- I updated 5 of the Costume Goddess articles by adding photographs of real-life dancers that illustrated the suggestions being made.
- I added two more Costume Goddess articles.
- I added four articles written by me on how to make costume pieces.
- I added artwork by Linda Belmont titled "Lost in the Dance".
- I added two famous historical paintings by Jean-Leon Gerome.
I'm not done updating it yet. I have some great ideas in the pipeline, so keep an eye on the new location!
