Ryoko uses a Cabbit (Ryo-Ohki) as her space ship. She will often have mood swings; hot-tempered to melow. Ryoko is a complex character, she doesn't like to show weakness or over-politeness, something Ayeka is known for. However, even though she acts rude at times, its mostly her personality.

Seven Hundred years ago Ryoko attacked Jurai and was causing mass destruction in the process. This was all of Kagato's planning by brain washing Ryoko after imprinsoning her mother (Washu) in another dimension of the Soja. Eventually Ryoko had escaped and crash landed on Earth where she and Ryo-Ohki faught their pursuer; Yosho. After the battle Yosho sealed Ryoko in a cave. In the present time he sorta tricked Tenchi into unlocking the seal and releasing Ryoko. For some reason, she attacked Tenchi, not out of hatred (well at least not purely). Tenchi used the sword he found to lop off her hand. On it was a fake Gem that gave her power. The gem was destroyed. These gems are created by her but take a few hundred years and aren't as powerful as the three original gems.
