IMPORTANT CHANGES REGARDING GUILD GAMES – In the current addition of the Neopian Times in the Editoral section, NeoPets has stated that holding any form of contest in your guild is against the rules on Neopets and that guilds may get completely erased and your account frozen! It also states in the NeoPets Term & Conditions now that, "you cannot post any kind of promotions offering prizes of any sort anywhere on their site. Promotions could include contests, raffles, lotteries or any kind of giveaway. Anywhere on our site would mean anywhere a user could post, including our messaging areas, pet homepages, shop fronts or guilds." So because of this and because we certainly do not want to risk losing TFG but we still want to have fun and have guild games for our members, TFG will no longer post up anything "on" or "at" the guild regarding our games. There will no longer be any game reminders or games winner announcements, etc., on the guild front either. All this information will ONLY be here in the TFG News page and on the game pages. If you wish to participate in any guild games that TFG offers, you will need to read about them on our web site.

TFG GUESS-A-PIC: Pic #62 is up!

The TFG HOMELESS PETS PROJECT(HPP) is up and running!!! The goal of this project is to help pets in the NeoPets Adoption Agency that would otherwise be un-adoptable become more appealing and adoptable and find a new loving and permanent home. We will do this by adopting a pet or two each month and give them a makeover and raise their stats. At the end of each month, the pet will be given a pet description indicating how it got adopted and by whom and what was done to them and placed back in the adoption agency in hopes they will find a great new home. :) In order to do this tho, we will need your help. The account that the project is on is TFG_Project and in the shop there you will find all the information about the project, how you can help and the HPP Pet of the Month. We have already adopted our first pet, herrid500neo, and since May is almost over, we will have herrid until the end of June. There is a progress report in the HPP shop too so that you can see how the project pet is progressing. There is also a link to the HPP on the TFG Homepage now under Member's Center. And who will be running the TFG HPP you ask? Well...

REMINDER - When the guilds are down on the NeoPets site, or even if they aren't, don't forget that TFG also has a chat board at the TFG RETREAT. It is a Yahoo Group so you will have to have a Yahoo account, if you don't already, to get in the retreat but it is a very simple sign up process. There is also a "live" chat there as well. So if you miss chatting it up with your fellow Faes, go on out to the TFG Retreat!!

REMINDER - TFG FAERIE of the MONTH : Since NeoPets was down most of yesterday we are giving an extra day to send in your nominations for our May TFG Fae of the Month (FOM) so PLEASE take a minute to send yours in. Send your nomination to (cydnie) via neomail with an explanation as to why you are nominating them to be our next FOM. Nominations will be accepted up until 11:59pm NST tonight. The member that has the most recommendations will be our next TFG FOM! The winner and our next TFG Fae of the Month will be announced on May 2nd.
