Rules

Every halfway decent roleplay needs to have a few rules to keep everything in order. Most of these I hope you'll agree with, but if you have a problem with any feel free to email me and I might revise or delete the rule. However, I have the final say, and if you really have a problem just leave the club. If you violate a rule I'll email you about it, but three violations on the same rule and you're out.

 

1. This roleplay is to have no cussing, and any 'intimate' roleplays need to be restricted to about PG 14. If you're not sure about something, email me privately. If you want a Scout to cuss (Althasarians should come up with your own) either use very mild ones or do it like this *$%^!

2. Do not lie with information like email addresses.

3. No excessive gore. That means no guts spewing all over the place or broken open heads. Also, keep mushiness to a minimum, or at least be original doing it. It gets annoying when every other sentance in a post contains, "he/she kissed him/her deeply/passionately/lovingly."

4. You may NOT kill someone else's persona without permission of the person who owns that persona! If a character's going to die, it can only be your own, or a NPC that you own. Also, inform me so I can delete the persona from the members page.

5. Don't use other people's characters. You wouldn't want someone using your character, so act accordingly. 6. If you want something major to happen(I.e.-your character gives birth/clutches) ask me first. This also goes if there's a storyline that would involve the whole club.

7. In order to even things out a little characterwise, I ask that if you decide to make multiple characers, please make it so that each one is the opposite sex of your previous ones. A lot of the roleplays I'm in seem to have an abundance of women and not many men which makes it hard for your character to fall in love unles they're in a same sex relationship. Please try to spread out a little, not all of your characters can be royalty or altered humans.

8. I reserve the right to spellcheck posts...This isn't so I have an excuse to whip you with a wet noodle ::laughs maniacally:: but just because it sometimes bugs me with certain words and when people type quickly they miss things. (Including me, so feel free to edit any words of mine you're sure are incorrect)

9. This rule is, in my opinion, one of the most important. DO NOT IGNORE OTHER PEOPLE'S POSTS!!!! I know it's frustrating when others don't respond to your posts, it's also very discouraging. A good roleplayer/writer will NEVER ignore other posts. When someone has entered their persona in a story IT IS PART OF THE STORY, whether you want it there or not. If you want to put your post before someone else's, feel free, but put the latest post at the bottom.

Note:: To join this group, you must submit a join form and have your character approved. Once you are approved, I will add you to the egroups listing. If you just want to lurk, email me and I'll add you. You can do either round robin posts or single posts involving your character(s) and any NPC's. If you want a post to be a single post, make note of it in the subject line or at the top of the post.
