Aight this was made for my cyber Twinny Dark Whispers, my angelicly wicked twin, who happens to be The Mistress of Darkness. It was made for her when she lost her PSP7, in my opinion she is the best tag maker around, she is the one who taught me so I give her the props cause she be the bitch of all bitches *laughs and looks to DW, you taught me well* Anyways, I did this tag mainly in PSP7, I played around with the sparklies and the raindrops on the side, it turned out supringly good if you ask me.
