::How to install::
Just simply upload all the contents of the layout to your server especially the css or as you probably will notice it doesn't look very perfessional. Anyways if you need to add a name to the banner it would be best to save in GIF format or BMP format. Most servers convert the BMP's to jpeg so they load faster. Jpegs are okay but the lettering will look more clearer and sharper on a bmp or gif image.
Anyways this layout is basically in table form and the links aren't that hard to figure out either even though the css was a little more difficult to manage ^^o.But I love this layout it is really pretty this layout I owuld strongly suggest for a Tomoyo fan site it would work out a lot better then a blog or clique.Anyways this layout is for all the Tomoyo lovers enjoy!

Well it's the same drill for any free layout this layout is linkware which means yes keep the copyright information on the layout or at least put the credits on a credit page or something.Please don't claim the layout as your own I'm pretty new to css and trust me I get discouraged easily lol.Well anyways thanks for selecting the layout ^-^!
