Projects 15A-15E – Develop Airport Research Development Park
Watsonville Municipal Airport has about 28.6 acres of land which is divided into five areas (A-E) which are open for development for industrial and/or commercial use. The sizes of the areas are as follows:
• 15A – Area A is approximately 11.2 acres. It is located west of runway 2-20 and just south of runway 8-26. Tarplant Mitigation Program TE-A.
• 15B – Area B is approximately 3.4 acres. It is located just south of Aviation Way. The Tarplant Mitigation Program does not affect this area.
• 15C – Area C is approximately 9.2 acres. It is located north of runway 8-26 and runs along Buena Vista Drive. Tarplant Mitigation Program TE-C.
