This is a dragon-winged silver fox character that I created named Torek. The small town below him is very similar to the town in Vincent Van Gogh's painting "Starry Night". Starry Night is my of my favorite paintings so I did the town in this pic as sort of a tribute to it. The town from Starry Night is © Vincent Van Gogh, Torek is © me.
