DENHAM SPRINGS, LOUISIANA: Tenia Tadlock, 77, co-owner of Rebel Sand & Gravel Company, died December 31, 2004. She was a member of Live Oak United Methodist Church in Watson. She is survived by her husband, William O'Neal Tadlock; a son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Lisa Tadlock; three grandchildren and a spouse, Neal and Rebecca Tadlock, Randy Tadlock and Bryan Tadlock; and numerous other family members and friends. Burial was at Denham Springs Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Mark Crosby and Rev. Tommy Bergeron officiating.

LOREAUVILLE, LOUISIANA: Angelo "Tot" Tartamus died February 7, 2006. He was born April 22, 1933 to the late Sam and Monia Mallet Tartamus. He was a longtime employee of Phillips Petroleum, and was a U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Eldridge Tartamus; two daughters, Kim Alexander and Tracy Ayers; three grandchildren; three stepdaughters, Jamie Reed, Katona Vitter and Dovie Arcemont; a stepbrother, Donald Girouard of Texas; 8 step-grandchildren; and 2 step great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Rosemary Tartamus. Services were held at David Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Wright officiating. Military rites were conducted by VFW Post #1982.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, John Archie Tauriac of Patoutville; her children, John Arnold Tauriac and wife Denise of New Orleans, Luke Kernie Tauriac and wife Shelia, Mona Marie Olivier and husband Arnell, Connie Marie Tauriac, and Rhonda Ann Bernard and husband Glenn, all of Grand Marais; a brother, John Leroy Boutte; four sisters, Albertha Olivier, Mary Batiste, Emma Dell Hall, all of Grand Marais, and Peggy Boutte-Harris of Long Beach, CA; an aunt and godmother, Ida Boutte; 6 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, Luke and Alosia Olivier Boutte; and five brothers, Murphy, Melvin, Milton, Dalton and Lawrence Boutte. Services were held at St. Nicholas Catholic Church. Entombment was at St. Nicholas Mausoleum in Patoutville with arrangements by Evangeline Funeral Home.

SLIDELL, LOUISIANA: Delores Ann Taylor, 67, died September 14, 2004. She was a homemaker, and was the widow of George G. Taylor. She was the mother of eight children. She was born to Ruth Stanley and the late Carl Conard. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Services were held at the Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall in Slidell. NEW IBERIA, LOUISIANA: Shuble George "Scooby-Doo" Tenney, 29, died of injuries received in a automobile accident on March 17, 2007. He enjoyed mechanics, music, and traveling. She was the wife of Jesty J. Terrebonne; the mother of Betty Ledet of Thibodaux; grandmother of Johnny Lee of Ellijay, Ga., Beth Ledet of Cut Off, Brad Ledet of Plaquemine and Larry Ledet II of Thibodaux; sister of Mancy Dantin of Chauvin and Eva Dantin of Cut Off. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dumiel and Josephine Lee Dantin; daughter, Barbara T. Lee; brothers, Roual, Jack, Thomas, Alcide and Randolph Dantin; and sisters, Clemence Stout, Antoinette Boudreaux and Alcidia Orgeron. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow, followed by burial at the church cemetery. WINNSBORO, Louisiana: Lois Stephens Terror, 91, passed away January 13, 2005. She was born July 12, 1913 in Mississippi to Luther Wilson and Mary Leona Parker Stephens. She was preceded in death by her husband, Byron Terror, two brothers and a sister. She was a homemaker and belonged to the Bellwood Country Club in Natchez, Mississippi. She was a member of Vidalia United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. Among the survivors are a brother, Oliver J. Stephens of Lake Placid, Fl.; and nine nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at the New Winnsboro Cemetery with arrangements by Mulhearn Funeral Home.

BASTROP, LOUISIANA: Leo F. Terzia, 84, died on March 28, 2005. He was on October 28, 1920 to Leo F. Terzia Sr. and Olivia "Totsy" Bain Terzia. He was a retired lumberman. He was owner and President of Terzia Lumber and Hardware in Bastrop. He was Past President of the Louisiana Building Material Dealers Association, and was one of the founders of Paul Bunyan Building Suppliers, which later became Allied Building Stores. He was a Navy veteran of WWII. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Eleanor Gandy Terzia; two children, Leo "Buddy" Terzia III and his wife Jennifer of Ruston and Cynthia Henderson and her husband Ben of Canton, Ga.; and two grandchildren, Laura Terzia Bankston and her husband Matt of Fort Worth, Texas and Greg Terzia of Ruston. Services were held at Grace Episcopal Church of Monroe with Fr. Andy Powell officiating. Interment was at Riverview Cemetery with arrangements by Mulhearn Funeral Home of Monroe, LA.

Among the survivors are a son, Michael Thompson; two daughters, Lesley Thompson and Chandra (Neal) Thompson Weary; five grandchildren, Damion, Joshua, Chiara, Chalandra, and Logan, all of Bogalusa; four sisters, Mary Lee Greely of Angie, Annie Thompson of San Bernardino, CA, Augustine (Eddie) Anderson of New York, NY, and Clarrisa (Archie) McGowan of Angie; four brothers, Randy Thompson and Homer (Lisa) Thompson of New Orleans, and Lenord Thompson and Willie Thompson; a godson, Ardale McGowan, all of Angie; and special friends, Bessie Cyrus and Margaret Pam, both of Bogalusa. SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA: Carl Vincent Tibbetts, 80, died October 4, 2007. He was born October 19, 1926. He worked in broadcasting sales at several radio and television stations. While at KTAL, he was the host of a children's program, appearing as a clown called "Mr. T." He was active in community theatre, including the Port Players, the Gilbert and Sullivan Society, and the Gaslight Players. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. Survivors include two daughters, Mary Ann Myers of Baton Rouge and Dorcas Marie Kirspel of Shreveport; and 3 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Foster Tibbetts; a daughter, Carlyn Elizabeth Tibbetts Schmider; and a grandson, Carl James Myers. MONROE, LOUISIANA: Lucia Ann Lewis Tirmenstein, 75, died December 25, 2006. She was born January 28, 1931. She was attended the First Baptist Church of Monroe. She owned Dew Music Company, and recently retired from the 18th St. Main Branch of the Ouachita Parish. She was one of the original founding parents of River Oaks School, and helped establish the school's library. She enjoyed playing the piano and organ. Survivors include a daughter, Libby Smith and husband Bill of Fayetteville, AR; a son, Robbie Tirmenstein of Monroe; and two grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ouachita Parish Library. Services were held at the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home with Rev. Warren Eckhardt officiating. Interment was at Riverview Cemetery.
