Our 2006 Business Meeting and Luncheon will be held during APHA on Thursday, May 11th at the Embassy Suites, adjoining the Convention Center. Shirley Ezelle will be our Guest Speaker. 2005 Annual Business Meeting and Luncheon News

The OPA Luncheon and Business Meeting for OPA members was held Thursday, May 05, 2005 in Hot Springs, AR at the Austin Hotel, Desoto Ballroom. New officers and Representatives were elected and sworn in. During our business meeting, the title of the OPA of the year was awarded to this year's honoree. Debbie Higgs (pictured below) from the NW Regional Office in Russellville was the 2005 recipient. Congratulations to all of the nominees!!!
