Advanced Level

This tutorial will offer how you can add sheet music to tags and use several plug ins. HAVE FUN!


What you will need to do this tutorial:
1. PSP 7
2. Eye Candy 3.0
3. Graphic and Tubes. Download and open in PSP.
Download Here
4. Alf's Border FX BorderPresets. Download and unzip to Plug In Folder.
Download Here
5. Greg's Factory Filters Volume 1 and 2. Download and put in your Plug in folder for Paint Shop Pro.

6. Simple Filter. Please download and unzip to your Paint Shop Pro Plug In Folder.

Let's Get Started

1. Open a 500X500 Transparent Image.
2. Layers>New Rastar>Click Ok.
3. Go to Selections>Select All
4. Open Graphic in the zip file
5. Go to Edit>Copy
6. Click on working image to make it active. Go to Edit>Paste Into Selection
7. Go to Selections>Float
8. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Cut Out. Settings: V& H 0 Opacity 75 Blur 30 Color Black click ok
9. Keep The Marching Ants do not deselect
10. Go to Layers>New Rastar>Click ok
11. Open sheet music tube Go To Edit>Copy
12. Click on working image to make it active Go To Edit>Paste Into Selection
13. Go to Effects>Plug Ins>Eye Candy 3.0>Drop Shadow. Go to the box Last Used select Soft click the check mark
14. Go to Effects>Sharpen>Unsharp Mask setting Radius 2.00 Strength 100 Clipping 5 click ok
15. Deselect marching ants Selections>Select None
16. Open dancers tube go to Edit>Copy
17. Click on working image go to Edit>Paste As A New Layer. Move the dancers where you want.
18. Go to Effects>Plug Ins>Eye Candy 3.0 use the same settings as in Step 13
19. Go to Layers>Merge>All Flattened
20. Go to Image>Resize pixel section checked. Both boxes at bottom should have check marks in the pixel box make sure no number is over 300x300 click ok
21. In the bottom color palette select solid color white
22. Go to Image>Add Borders Symmetric checked size 5 click ok
23. Click on magic wand tool make sure your tolerance is at 0 click on the white border of the working image
24. Open the silver background from zip
25. Go to top color palette select pattern>Silver
26. Flood fill the marching ants
27. Deselect marching ants Selections>Select none
28. Go Image>Add Borders Symmetric checked size 10 click ok
29. Go to magic wand and click on the white border
30. Go to top color palette select solid color I used #6B9BA3 flood fill the marching ants
31. Go to Effects>Plug Ins>Greg's Filter Factory Output II>Pool Shadow use the default settings click ok
32. Deselect marching ants Selections>Select None
33. Go to Image>Add Borders>Symmetric checked size 5 click ok
34. Repeat steps 23 through 26
35. Go to Selections>Invert
36. Go to Selections>Float
37. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Cut Out use same settings as in step 8
38. Deselect marching ants
39. Go to Image>Add Borders>Symmetric checked size 15
40. Go to magic wand and click on the white border
41. Go to Alf's Border FX>Mirror Beveled use default settings
42. Deselect marching ants.
43. Go to magic wand and click on the white border once again your ants should only be around the white if you don't do step 42 and then this one the Mirror Bevel will not show
44. Go to Effects>Plug Ins>Simple>Diamond
45. Deselect marching ants.
46. Change bottom color palette solid color black. We are doing this so the ants will just go around the border if you use white it will go into the diamond area. 47. Go to Image>Add Borders>Symmetric checked size 5 click ok
48. In top color palette select pattern>Silver flood fill the marching ants
49. Go to Selections>Invert
50. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Cut Out settings same as in step 8.
51. Deselect the marching ants
52. Go to Image>Resize pixel box checked make sure no size is larger than 300x300 both boxes at bottom checked click ok
53. You may now add any other tubes you wish I have put extra in the zip file of tubes and graphics
54. Go to Layers>Merge>All Flattened
You have completed your music sheet Save The Last Tango For Me. I truly hope you enjoyed it as much as I did writing it.
